Terms of service

TrialBridge lists clinical trials and passes interest from patients to research sponsors and sites. We are an information and referral platform. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not decide who is enrolled in a study.

Nothing on TrialBridge is medical advice. Always discuss participation with your treating doctor. Eligibility is determined solely by the research site running the study.

Using TrialBridge as a patient is free. You agree to:

Sponsor and clinician accounts are verified before dashboard access is granted. Sponsors must have appropriate ethics and regulatory approval for every study they list, must keep listings accurate, and must use referred patient data only for the study it was submitted for.

Sponsors are billed per qualified referral, per enrollment, or on a monthly unlimited recruitment plan, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Subscription plans renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

Do not scrape the platform, submit fraudulent applications, misrepresent a study, or attempt to access data belonging to other users. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

TrialBridge is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical outcomes, decisions taken by sponsors or sites, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, with the courts of Athens having jurisdiction. The service is operated by TrialBridge, Aeroporias 14, Kalyvia Thorikou, 19010, Greece. Questions: nictsoukalas24@gmail.com.
